Ala Moana, HI – Fatal Pedestrian Crash at Atkinson Dr & Ala Moana Blvd

Ala Moana, HI (November 4, 2023) – A fatal pedestrian accident reported in Ala Moana claimed one man’s life. The accident was reported to the Honolulu Police Department at around 6:00 a.m. on October 30.

According to HPD reports, a 60-year-old woman was driving westbound on Ala Moana Boulevard when she struck a man who was walking near Atkinson Drive.

The pedestrian was fatally wounded in the crash. The Honolulu Emergency Medical Services officials responded to the scene to assist the man. However, he was pronounced deceased.

At this time, investigations are underway.
