Auto Collisions in Hawaii

Aiea, HI - Three-Vehicle Injury Collision on Moanalua Fwy Near I-H3

Vehicle collisions can be extremely damaging to you and your family. After an accident, however, you do have rights and could be entitled to bring a claim for compensation.

Never presume your fault in an accident. Numerous factors come into play when assigning liability, and there could be circumstances at play that you are unaware of.

Some of the circumstances include:

  • Traffic laws
  • Driver inebriation
  • Vehicle malfunctions
  • Malfunctioning or defective traffic signals

Even if you are cited, this does not necessarily mean you are at fault. Always speak with a lawyer before pleading guilty or paying any fines. Doing so could damage your case or give the other driver the opportunity to sue you.

You should contact a personal injury lawyer immediately following a car accident in Hawaii. It is essential that you quickly get to work protecting your rights so you can get the financial compensation you deserve.

A car accident is a terrifying experience, particularly when it leaves you injured. Necessary medical treatments, being unable to work, and the anxiety that follows both of these will have a hugely adverse impact on your life.
